Access Statement For Corfield House

Introduction
We are a quality Bed & Breakfast with 4 ensuite bedrooms. One is on the groundfloor with easy access. However it is standard twin room with ensuite bath (grab handles). There is sufficient space to use a wheelchair.

Pre-Arrival
• See details and photos of the groundfloor room, access and gardens. Our breakfast menu is in large print. A car is essential to enjoy your holiday with us. Local taxis are on call but quite expensive. There is a shop mobility scheme and Radar toilets in Swaffham. Please ask for details.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
• Guests using the groundfloor bedroom can park right outside and enter directly into the room (no steps) along an adjoining 'lean-to'.

Main Entrance & Reception
• Accessible from inside by passing from the groundfloor bedroom through the guest living room to the entrance hall (and onto the dining room). No steps. No loop system or music playing. Uniform lights, no grab rails.
